01
About ccMonet
What is ccMonet?
ccMonet combines AI accounting software with professional accounting and company secretary services. The technology handles repetitive processing; people review exceptions, apply judgement and support compliance work.
Is ccMonet suitable for a small or early-stage business?
Yes. The Starter plan is designed for businesses with simpler transaction volumes and workflows. As activity, entities or outlets increase, the service can move to a broader plan.
Do I need accounting knowledge to use it?
No. Your team can upload records and follow approvals without learning bookkeeping mechanics. Financial decisions and filings still benefit from professional review.
02
Plans & pricing
How much does the accounting service cost?
Starter begins at S$120 per month. Growth, including multi-outlet businesses, begins at S$360 per month. Enterprise work is quoted after reviewing scope. “Starting from” means the final fee depends on volume, complexity, entities and required services.
How much does company secretary service cost?
Company secretary service begins at S$300 per year. Government fees, incorporation, company changes and work outside the agreed annual scope may be charged separately.
How does the first-year free company secretary offer work?
Businesses using a ccMonet Accounting service receive the first-year company secretary service fee at S$0. Government fees, incorporation, company changes and out-of-scope work are excluded unless your proposal says otherwise.
03
Accounting & workflow
What can I send to ccMonet?
Common inputs include receipts, invoices, PDFs, bank statements, exported spreadsheets and records from day-to-day business tools. The exact intake route is confirmed during onboarding.
Can ccMonet work with Xero, QuickBooks or spreadsheets?
ccMonet can work alongside common accounting systems and structured imports such as Excel or CSV. Integration and migration needs differ, so we confirm the supported route for your current setup before go-live.
Does AI make the final accounting decisions?
No. AI reads documents, proposes classifications and helps match transactions. Exceptions and matters requiring judgement are surfaced for review; qualified professionals remain responsible for the service they provide.
Can you support tax and compliance work?
Tax, GST and statutory work can be included where agreed in your service scope. Requirements vary by business and jurisdiction, so the responsible filings, deadlines and fees should be confirmed in your proposal.
04
Data & security
How is access to financial data controlled?
Access is limited through account permissions and operational controls appropriate to each workflow. Ask the team for the current security and compliance materials if your organisation needs a formal vendor review.
Is my business data used to train general AI models?
Customer data is used to provide the contracted service. It is not used to train general models without permission. Any organisation with specific data-handling requirements should confirm them during onboarding and in the applicable agreement.
05
Switching & support
What do you need to start?
Usually: your entity details, current accounting setup, recent records, reporting needs and filing calendar. The team then confirms migration scope, responsibilities and a go-live plan.
Will switching interrupt daily operations?
The transition is planned around your existing process. Timing depends on record quality, data volume and open reporting periods, so the team will identify dependencies before committing to a migration schedule.
How do I get help?
Existing customers can use their agreed support channel. If you are evaluating ccMonet, book a conversation and bring a sample of your current workflow.
01
Your firm’s role
Does ccMonet replace our accounting firm?
No. ccMonet supports the processing layer behind your service. Your firm keeps the client relationship, defines the service scope and makes the final professional judgement.
Will ccMonet contact our clients directly?
The operating model is agreed with your firm. Client communications, branding and access can be structured so your firm remains the primary relationship.
Who controls client access and data?
Access should be assigned by firm role and client account. Data ownership, permitted use and responsibilities are documented in the applicable agreement before a rollout.
02
Workflow & tools
Which parts of the workflow can ccMonet support?
Document intake, extraction, proposed coding, reconciliation preparation, exception review and multi-client visibility. Your team chooses where automation fits and which steps still require approval.
Can we use our existing accounting software?
Often, yes. ccMonet can complement established ledgers and structured data exports. We review your systems, client mix and integration requirements before defining the implementation route.
Does it support multi-entity or multi-outlet clients?
These workflows can be supported, but scope depends on entity structure, currencies, reporting needs and source systems. A pilot is the best way to validate the operating model.
03
Getting started
How should our firm evaluate ccMonet?
Choose a representative client workflow, map the current intake and review steps, and define what success means for the pilot. The team can then assess migration, controls and training needs.
What support is available during rollout?
Onboarding, workflow mapping and team training are agreed as part of the partner scope. Ongoing support arrangements are confirmed before the pilot expands.
How do we discuss a partnership?
Book a firm demo and bring one current workflow or client profile. We can then discuss fit, pilot scope and commercial terms.
